Interactive Online Classes

Interactive online classes run similar to an in-person training class! These classes have a start date and run for 4-6 weeks; each week during the course a new module is released focusing on a new topic for that course. Each week you have the option to submit the video homework for feedback from the instructor. Every week there will be a live meeting in a classroom where you can ask questions and we can discuss in real-time what we have been covering in this class. You have access to the course for a lifetime, but can only submit videos for review during the active 4-6 class time.

NEW ONLINE PROGRAM!

Jumping Fitness 3-Month Program!

This online class is ALL things fitness for jumping! This course can be used to improve jumping in a wide variety of sports from protection sports, agility, flyball, dock diving, obedience and more! This class will be customized to the participants to make sure everyone is working on exactly what their dog needs to bring out the most in their jumping capabilities! If your dog struggles with extension, collection, the conversion between extension/collection or vice versa, lacks jumping power (or you would simply like to improve their jumping power), knocks bars, struggles with takeoff (this can include leaving early in dock diving), or you simply just want your dog to jump better, this class is for you!

Key Information:

  • This class will run for 3 MONTHS! December, January and February. During those 3 months working spots can post videos for feedback on the exercises in this course. Auditing spots can ask questions, but not post videos for review. I will post exercises weekly that we will be working on. This will operate in a Facebook group.

  • This class will consist of jump grids, jumping drills, and fitness exercises.

  • Equipment Required: you will need at least 4 jumps (can be homemade do not need to be fancy, but need the ability to set them at different heights), a platform the dog can stand squarely on (example: cato plank), an elevated platform (example: klimb or ottoman), 2 unstable pieces of equipment (example: fitbones, propels, twindiscs), cavalettis (ideally 6-8, but 4 works as well). We may use other equipment in this class, but you can substitute any of these items for items used not listed and have the same results.

  • Dog Requirements: Your dog should understand how to jump in this class as well as how to access a remote reward (example: treat and train, food bowl or toy on ground). We will cover teaching cavalettis. This course is for dogs 12 months and older, if you have a dog younger than this and are interested in the class we can easily modify most exercises (and/or you can save some exercises for when the dog is older). Foundation fitness skills will allow you to get the most of this course, but not required.

Price:

  • Working Spot: $295/dog (or if you prefer to pay monthly $115/month/dog - if you want to pay with this option please email me to set it up!), limit 10 dogs

  • Auditing Spot: $150

I will require at least 5 people to sign up for this class for me to run it as it is very labor intensive for me. If we get less than 5 people signed up I will issue complete refunds.
